3000 Skyline’s advanced infrastructure provides the flexibility for data centers
to utilize the mechanical systems of their choice, and maximize their electrical densities.

Electrical Overview
  1. ERCOT managed grid feeds the on-site substation from redundant 138kV transmission lines
    1. The on-site substation has two (2) new 47MVA transformers providing 2N reliability
    2. Oncor commitment provides two additional 47MVA transformers for a future total of 4 transformers
    3. Oncor will provide roll-up transformer within 24 hours as part of the disaster recovery plan
  2. Redundant 20MVA A&B circuits delivered underground from on-site substation to each Quad
    1. 100% backstand power capacity
    2. Power is delivered at 12.5kV
    3. 2 dedicated 1,200 Amp Circuit Breakers per quad
  3. Quadrant tenants able to contract with the retail electric provider of choice
